Senior Digital Analytics Advisor for eCapacity in Århus

The position

In the position as a Digital Analytics Advisor, you will help eCapacity’s customers optimize their digital performance. The role includes supporting clients in capturing and translating data accurately and then translating them into an analytical- and business context. Together with your team, you will become the customers trusted advisor. You will be making clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimise the customer experience. You will define and develop key metrics and performance indicators of online behaviour together with our clients and perform exploratory and predictive analytics, analyzing online user behaviour patterns on site. Furthermore, you will categorize and item online performance, using a combination of descriptive statistics, segmentation techniques, and predictive modelling.



Your talent

eCapacity is looking for a naturally driven person with a bright mind, who has the desire to become one of the best advisors within this industry. You need to possess a strong understanding of business, commercialization and data science. Specifically, we are looking for a person who has: 



  • 3-5 years of experience within digital optimization ​

  • practical experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics ​

  • knowledge of the technical benefits of Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Target  ​

  • experience with data science work in current positions ​

  • great statistical/mathematical understanding ​

  • experience with R and Python ​

  • the ability to advise customers highly professionally on digital optimization ​

  • the ability to communicate the technical to non-analysts


The team

You will become a part of a team of 28 digital optimization specialist allocated on digital advisors and strategists. The main part of the team is placed in central Copenhagen and a smaller team is positioned in Århus. You will be working in a cross-functional environment together with both business strategy analysts, technology experts and other senior data analysts like yourself.
