Head of IT Operations for Lobyco - company owned by Coop

Responsibilities and tasks
You will be given great responsibility in planning, coordinating and directing all daily operational activities. You provide direction and solutions that enhance mission-critical operations of Lobyco. The roadmap has been made, but it is you and your team who defines and sets service guidelines for more than 8 teams and customers. Your primary tasks will be:
Ensuring stable, appropriate and cost-efficient operation
Building a collaborative culture within the operation department
Performing quality controls and monitor production KPI´s
Ensuring performance and maintain service level agreements for customers and reports on this
Helping the organization processes remain legally compliant
Finding ways to increase quality of customer service
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Recruit, train and supervise the team
You probably come from an IT company with a proven work experience as an IT Operations Manager or in a similar position. You know how to run an IT Operation. You also have experience with some of following:
Experience with MS Azure
Leadership of highly specialized and talented employees
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with ITSM tools
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
As Head of IT Operations you will be responsible for the Cloud infrastructure team for customers in Denmark and worldwide. The team consists of 13 passionate colleagues where 4 are placed in Denmark and 9 in Ukraine, but you will be part of more than 130 Danish and Ukrainian colleagues working closely together. They work in both virtual and physical teams creating masterclass software solutions.
You will be given the opportunity to set your mark on several areas. This from operational to strategic level including huge involvement in todays and future solutions. You are a leader with very good human skills:

The position is at Lobycos, Coops Headquarter on an idyllic farm, Vallensbæk Torvevej 9 in Albertslund.
